These terms apply to the MatterX website only. Use of the MatterX software platform, including MatterX Legal Finance and all associated products, is governed by separate licensing agreements provided to customers during onboarding. Nothing in these website terms modifies, replaces, or overrides those agreements.

These terms govern your use of the MatterX website at matterx.com.au (“this website”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use this website for its intended purpose: to learn about MatterX products and services, request demonstrations, and contact our team.

10. Australian Consumer Law

If the Australian Consumer Law implies a guarantee, warranty, or condition that cannot be excluded, our liability for breach of that guarantee is limited to (at our election) supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataChef and its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia for any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
